He was predeceased by: his parents, David N. McNeal and Laura McNeal (Burton); his wife Nedri Hayman McNeal; and his children, Steven Lee McNeal, Nathan W. McNeal and Rebecca L. McNeal.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard A. McNeal, Raymond L. McNeal (Tina), Donald D. McNeal and Rachel J. Morris (Harry); and his sister Barbara Fyffe. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
