She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wise Jackson and Betty Lee Thompson Jackson; her husband Jesse H. "Jimmy" Boyd; and her sisters, Gladys Moats and Ruby Burch.
She is survived by: her children, Carol B. Christman (Stephen) of Shepherdstown, WV, Larry H. Boyd (Kaye) of Charles Town, WV, David W. Boyd (Lin) of Inwood, WV and Michael W. Boyd (Crista) of London, England. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
