It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Lee Phelps of Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Caples and Mary Ann Osborn; and her sister Shirley Caples. She is survived by: her son Christopher P. Phelps; and her stepsons, Robert Phelps and Walter Phelps.
