He is survived by: his children, Kevin Haines (Melissa) of Lusby, MD and Tammy Shoemaker of Shanks, WV; his grandchildren, Kevin, Jordan, Kayleigh Haines of Lusby, MD, Jessica Whetzel of Martinsburg, WV and Ricky Twigg of Shanks, WV; his sisters, Patricia Moore of Shanks, WV, Gloria Hott of Augusta, WV and Pearl Daniels of Oakland, MD; and also, Karen and Paul McDonald.
