It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Loy of Shanks, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Zane O. Loy. He is survived by: his mother Judith A. Loy of Shanks; his fiancée Carol L. Homan; his children, Zachary Allan Zane Loy (Samantha) of Reedsville, WV and Amanda Loy (Adam Lewellen) of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Kyle, Audrey, Emaline and Lillian Zane; his sister Vickie Parker (John) of Augusta, WV; his nieces, Jessi and Casey; his great-nephews, Jordan, Anden and Julien; and his great-niece Isis.
Also, per Allan's request, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Loy family.
