He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Eugene Okes. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Wyatt Okes; his children, Robert Okes of Dunns and Christina Estep (Dylan) of Cool Ridge; his grandchildren, Brynlee Estep, Paisley Estep and Brayden Estep; and his close friend Danny Adkins of Princeton.
