He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlin Moore (Steve) of Shady Spring; his granddaughter Jillian Moore; his son Zachary Shane Smith (Ashley); his grandchildren, Elyse Smith and Sawyer Shane Smith of Princeton, WV.; his sister Shozette Smith; and also Broden Smith of Newport, PA..
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home Shady Spring Chapel (729 Flat Top Rd, Shady Spring, WV 25918). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
