He was predeceased by: his son Gregory Walker; his siblings, Carol McKinney, Fermine Walker, Jesse Walker, Willis "Happy" Walker, Richard E "Sonny" Walker Jr., Joseph "Doye" Glenn, Dawson Garrison, Bobby Carter, Katie Gill, Bonnie Jo Martin, Doris Walker, Geneva Ware and Beth Ann Proffitt; and his parents, Richard Elemer Walker and Maria Richards Walker Carver.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Walker; his children, Kenneth Walker, Tammy Wolfe (Kevin), Donald Rakes (Sheila) and Annie Brokaw (Bob); and his sister Georgia Hensley (Hamp). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
