She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clarkson Redden and Bertha Boley Redden; her husband William Scott Oakes; her daughter Debra Webb; and her siblings, Ethel, Walter, Emmett, Eunice, Russell, Audrey, Pearl and Geraldine.
She is survived by: her children, James Oakes (Rebecca) of Vincennes and Karren Blanchet (Ray) of Shady Spring; her grandchildren, Christina Webb Adkins, Shawn Oakes, Ryan Oakes, Nicole Curl, Jeremy McClure, Jonathan McClure and Michael McClure; and her pet Angel.
