He is survived by: his wife Alma Jones Mills; his children, Scott Mills (Haylee) of Olympia, WA, Leisa Minear (Jonathan) of Grafton, WV and Heather Crouch (Jeff) of Shady Spring; his grandchildren, Airman Jacob Minear, Caleb Minear of Grafton, WV, Emily and Michael Crouch of Shady Spring; his brother Ronald Mills (Linda) of Sophia; and his brother-in-law Ray Strom of Cottonwood, Arizona..
