It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Lucas of Shady Spring, West Virginia, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward Cole and Nora Lee Hedrick Cole; and her husband Jennings Lucas. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Lucas (Stephanie) of Cool Ridge and John Lucas (Casey) of Shady Spring; her grandchildren, Tyler Lucas (Kayla) of Shady Spring, Ryan Lucas (Alaina) of Jacksonville and Joshua Lucas of Mount Hope; her great grandchild Dawson Lucas of Shady Spring; her siblings, John Cole of Huntsville, Kathy Kunkel (John) of Odenton, Tammy Roach of Crab Orchard and Robin Settle (Jerry) of Cool Ridge; and her sister-in-law Ellen Lucas of Daniels.
