He is survived by: his daughters, Rene Hash (Ken) of Roanoke, VA and Shelley Collier of Kingsport, TN; his stepsons, William Cook (Michele) of Shady Spring and Brian L. Cook (Brandy) of Beaver; his niece Katherine Irons; his grandchildren, Samuel, Sydney, Stone, Mary, James and Morgan; his stepgrandchildren, Shannon Blevins (Greg), Belinda Godby (Dustin) and Nicholas Joynes; and his great grandchildren, Marlea, Madison, Ryder and Lynleigh.
