He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Beckley and Ellen Jane Hammonds Beckley of Leonardtown Maryland; his brothers, Gene and Mike; his grandson Benjamin Greathouse; his parents-in-law, Mary and Ernest Blevins; and his brother-in-law James Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Blevins Greathouse; his children, Shawn, Chris (Susan) and Jennifer (Tony); his brother Lewis (Kimberly); his sisters-in-law, Glenna, Ernestine and Sue; his close friend Jeremy Shuck; and his pet Sandy.
