He is survived by: his close friend Polly Meadows of Shady Spring; his daughter Patricia Watson (Billy) of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Larry Meadows (Melissa) of North Carolina and Drema McBride (Robert) of White Oak; his sister Janie Pentheny of Ohio; his stepgrandchildren, Sandra Meadows, Paul McBride and Jennifer McBride; and his niece Kristina Sweeney (Sidney) of Jumping Branch.
