She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry Hambrick; her children, Stephanie Adkins and Jason Adkins; and her nephew Scott Allen Hambrick. She is survived by: her mother Jean Humphrey Hambrick of Daniels; her children, Michaela Meadows (Brandon) and Colton Adkins; her grandchildren, Erica and Kierston; and her siblings, Roger Hambrick (Nellie), David Hambrick (Debby) and Linda Farris (Dennis). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
