He is survived by: his father Dale Carper of Shady Spring; his daughter Taylor Nicole Carper; his siblings, Marlene Cole (Scott) of Ghent, WV and Lonnie Carper (Kristen) of Daniels, WV.; his pet Dee Dee; his uncle Roy Carper (Jean) of Grandview, WV; and also Deborah Carper of Lucas, OH. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
