He is survived by: his wife Diana Underwood Smith; his sons, Brian Smith of Shady Spring and Steven Smith (Angel) of Shady Spring; his granddaughter Alexis Rae; his cousins, Ruth, John Link, Jessica and Adam Crook; and his brother-in-law Johnny Underwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other cousins.
