With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Geneva Scarbro of Shady Spring, West Virginia, born in Colcord, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Geneva left this world on August 1, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otey Dillon and Ina Bailey Dillon; her son Charles "Frank" Radford; her husband Kermit Quentin Scarbro; and her siblings, Donald, Darwin "Dugan", Gene, Doyle, Lowell Dillon and Nadine Brotherton.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Radford (Paula) of Hemlock, NY, Randy Radford (Sheila), Tommy Radford (Angela), Sue Shrewsbury (Dave) of Beckley, WV and Karen Keller (Joe) of Shady Spring, WV.; and her grandchildren, Amy, Kim Radford, Carrie Altice, Jeremy Radford, Autumn Radford, Jennifer Williams, Kelli Williams, Joseph Keller, Stephanie Plumley and Tyler Bonds.
