He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frasher and Wanda Mixon Frasher. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carter Frasher; his adoptive daughter Terri Lynn Frasher; his stepchildren, Angela Adkins of Kentucky and Benjamin Stafford of Kentucky; and his stepgrandson Devin Adkins of Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
