She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Meadows and Anna Mae Griffith Meadows; her husband Robert Banks Callaway; her son Rodney Dean Callaway; her siblings, Margaret "Margie" Kimblern and Dale Meadows; and her daughter-in-law Angela Basham-Callaway.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Callaway (Elias Isaac) of Beckley, Robert Callaway (Sheila) of Daniels and Randall "Slick" Callaway of Shady Spring; her grandchildren, RJ Callaway (Dani) and Chelsea Fields (Andy); her great grandchildren, Anna Kay, Sophie, Summit and Cypress; and her siblings, Roy Meadows (Patsy) of Denver, NC, Merle Williams of Roanoke, VA, Helen Malay (Jim) of Prosperity, WV and Johnny Meadows (Becky) of Victoria, VA..
