She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur E. Mills and Pearl Phillips Mills; the father of her children David H. Cochran; her husband Orval "Sonny" Smith; her children, Tennis Dean Cochran and Davida Ann Lilly; her grandson Kevin Lilly; her son-in-law Eugene Lilly; and her siblings, Buster, Orley, Oley (Bill), Ernest, James Mills, Orvella Moses, Othella Sprinkle, Mary Elizabeth Candido and Effie June Schweitz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Irena Faye Baxter (Jim) of Shady Spring and Vickie Lynn Kidwell (Clifton) of Glen Morgan; and her brother Larry E. Mills (Mickey) of San Angelo, Texas. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
