He is survived by: his wife Vickie Mooney of Seth; his children, Summer Burford of Seth and Justin Mooney (Felicia) of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Ian Pack, Jason Burford, Kaiden Donley, Samantha Burford, Colten Mooney, Hunter Burford and Brody Mooney; his mother Foncie Mooney of Racine; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Asbury of Sylvester; his siblings, Randy Mooney (Sue) of Dunmore, Nancy Smith (Steve) of Peytona and Joyce Tuemler (Paul) of Teays Valley; and his brother-in-law Mark Norris. He is also survived by his marriage to his loving wife of 47 years, in his love for his parents, children, siblings and especially grandchildren.
