He is survived by: his wife Joyce Harper; his brother Willie Felty (Sue); his stepchildren, Charlotte Gillenwater, Rosa Snodgrass (John), David Allen Harper (Brenda), Kenneth Earl Harper (Crystal) and Tanya Sue Hale (Craig); and his grandchildren, Kelsie Moore, Joyce Ann Zornes, Shannon Ballengee, Little John Snodgrass (Michelle), Charles Snodgrass (Andrea), Matthew DeWayne Harper (Trish), Kayla Laws (Terry), Amber Harper, Steven Brown, Travis Harper, Christina Paul (Joey), Kristen Baisden (Zack), Victoria Donahue (Zack), Austin Baisden, Alison Harless (Rodney), Cephus Dotson (Meghan) and Kelsie Felty. He is also survived by 38 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
