He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Williams and Lilly Carpenter Williams; and his brothers, Ronnie, Stephen, Randy, Mickey and Patrick.
He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin (Michelle Williams), Rick (Diane Williams), Bobby Williams of Comfort and David. He is also survived by ten nieces and four nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
