He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Perry and Patricia West Perry; and his brother Carl Hurdin Perry. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Perry of Hurricane; his grandson Noah James Martin; and his sisters, Tane Smith (Larry) of Winston-Salem, NC and Jeanettia Harrison of Teays Valley.
