With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Edward Talbott of Scott Depot, West Virginia, born in Buckhannon, West Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Talbott and Edna Pearl (Waugh); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl.

Due to COVID there will be no public service.
