It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Colleen Samples of Scott Depot, West Virginia, who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ralph "Pete" Henthorn. She is survived by: her mother Katrine Henthorn; her sisters, Annette and Amy; her husband Paul Kevin Samples; her children, Megan Mikesell (Zane), Colleen Cole (Ethan) and Geoffrey Samples (Katie); and her grandsons, Levi and Sawyer Cole. She is also survived by her mother, sisters, husband, and children.
