He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sisco Sr. and Gladys Palmer Sisco. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Sisco; his children, Brent Newton, Tammy Newton, April Sisco, Joe Sisco and Dwayne Sisco; and his sister Hazel Jean Staples. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
