He is survived by: his wife Emma; his children, Tony Addington of Chillicothe, OH, Angie Gail Mulvaney (Joe) of Fairborn, OH and Jodi Marie Addington of Hersey, PA; his stepsons, David Dodd (Debbie) of Kermit and Gary Dodd (Danielle) of Elkview; his siblings, Betty Jayne Stone (Ron) of Winfield, Frank Addington (Cathy) of Winfield and Tom Addington (Sue) of Cowen; and his grandson Josh Hanna.
