It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jan Vance of Scott Depot, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Carlos, Sr. and Mary Ellen Vance; her close friend David Parsons; her brothers, Larry and Charles; her niece Amanda; and her nephews, Kelly and Brandon.
She is survived by: her siblings, Harry, Rick, Debra, Karen, Billie and Bobbie. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
