He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Browning and Zella Browning; and his siblings, Genieve Elam, Shirley Russell, Jane Hodges, Patricia Roush, David and Bob Browning.

He is survived by: his brother Charles (Jackline); and his friends, Charles, Linda Jenkins, Lewey and Judy Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, he will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
