She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Ed Abbott; and her siblings, Patty and John Samples. She is survived by: her husband Joe Neff; her children, James Neff, Pat Abbott, Karen Loudermilk (Douglas) and John Neff (Jenny); her grandchildren, Katherine, Sarah Abbott, Joey, Thomas Neff, Emily and Rachel Loudermilk; and her siblings, Jean Canipe, Neva Haddy and Cecil Samples.
