She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard A. Walker and Virginia "Elaine" Bowyer Walker; her brother Richard "Rick" Walker; and her son Melvin E. Bailey, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Bailey of Floyd, VA and Paul Bailey (Andriea) of Chloe, WV; and her sisters, Barbara Burdette of Mantua, OH, Janet Arbogast of Kenna, Carolyn Fisher (Jim) of Paradise and Linda Mrozinski (Doug) of Georgetown, DE. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
