He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Zulauf and Gertrude Zulauf. He is survived by: his sons, John Barry Zulauf (Suzanne) of Lexington, KY, Charles Andrew Zulauf (Christy) of Scott Depot and Jonathan Cole Zulauf of Scott Depot; his brother David Zulauf (Pat) of Brick, NJ; his grandchildren, Mary Eliza Zulauf, Andrew Cole Zulauf and Jackson Wyatt Zulauf; and his wife Mary Susan Grever of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by his family and friends.
