He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Phelps; his daughters, Belinda Freeman (Jeff), Pam Chandler (Craig) and Cindy Wise (Al); and his siblings, Steve and June Catherine Phelps. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
