William Toney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Toney of Scarbro, West Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roxie Jane Blankenship Newhouse and William Franklin "Doc" Toney Sr.; and his sister Cindy Lou Thompson. He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Thompson (Dennis Adkins) of Scarbro; and his grandchildren, Kalib, Hayley Fish, John Mark, Joseph Thompson, Anna and Sara Adkins. He is also survived by niece, two nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help pay for funeral expenses.
