He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell, Sr. and Goldie Ellen Aliff Snuffer; and his wife Vermeda Toney Snuffer. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Lee Snuffer, Sr. (Sharon) of Hillsboro, WV, Dennis Gene Snuffer (Pam) of Oak Hill, William Russell Snuffer (Teresa) of Oak Hill and Sue Cassell of Oak Hill.
