We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2021, at the age of 73, Jefferson Howard Oliver of Scarbro, West Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delford L. Oliver and Dorothy Hayden Oliver Osborne; and his stepfather Elmer Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Oliver and Tony Oliver; his grandchildren, Tod Jackson, Jr., Channon Bazdorf, Courtney Outlaw-Robnett and Benjamin Miinch; and his sister Carol St. Clair. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
