She is survived by: her children, Scott Winebrenner, Robin Tooms, Julia Lewis, Kathy Lawson, Elisha Franklin and Joshua Winebrenner; her brother David Foster (Tammy); her nieces, Joanie and Kim; and her nephew Thomas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
