It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ina Pearl Manning of Scarbro, West Virginia, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earl and Clara Ellen Scarbro Massey; her children, Robin Denise Manning, Beverly Ann Bailey, Robert Dean Manning and Jeffery Allen Manning; and her siblings, Annie Sumpter, Mae Stone, Wanda Jenkins, Roland Massey and Jerry Massey.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Robert Manning; and her daughters, Linda Lou McGuffin (Jake), Brinda Sue Willis (William "Bill") and Sandra Kaye Comer (Frank). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
