He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Faye Adkins; his stepson Clarence Shamblin; and his siblings, Charlie Brown, Madeline Williams, Malinda "Micky" Cole, Delta Sue, Barbara Bowyer and Sharon Hernandez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
