He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Holt and Vandora Covey (Smith); his wife Ramona Covey (Brown); his children, Tina Bishop (Bill) of Crab Orchard and Thomas Edward Jr. "Tom" (Tammy) of Saxon; his grandchildren, Rachel Kidd (Jesse) of Chicago, IL and Thomas "Mark" Covey of Saxon; his siblings-in-law, Charles Brown, Martha Brown and Juanita Goldsberry; his pet Rocket; and his brothers, Halvin Covey and Weir Covey. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
