It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda J. Carnes (Sandyville, West Virginia), who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman B. O'Dell and Icie M. O'Dell; and her daughter Candeth L. Riley. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Carnes; her daughter Denice K. Esterly of Georgia; and her sisters, Norma L. Abston of Ohio and Twila J. O'Dell of Rand. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
