He was predeceased by: his parents, Doy and Evelyn Fisher, Jr. (Giffth); and his brother Rick Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Diana Garrett Fisher; and his sister Carla Webb of Clarksburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
