She is survived by: her children, Rocky Blankenship (Melissa), Teresa Belcher (Rob) and Kevin Wayne (Nikki); her grandchildren, Chris Blankenship (Rachel), Samantha Blankenship, Haley Wayne and Josalyn Jones; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Rosalyn; and her siblings, Dorothy Prater, Joy Blankenship, Josie Bowles, James and Daxter Blankenship.
