He is survived by: his friend Harley Davidson; his brother Kenneth J. Benson of Counce, TN; his stepchildren, Joe Magurn and Kimberly Magurn of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Meaghan D. Hacker, Joseph Magurn and Charles A. Magurn of Baltimore, MD; and his nieces, Shanna S. Baak, Brandy Clark of Munford, TN, Leah Shavers of Memphis, Sara Benson and Starlett Benson of Counce, TN. He is also survived by 1 great niece, 5 great nephews and 2 great great nieces as well as extended family and numerous friends.
