He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliot Cline and Zona Wilkinson Cline; his wife Janice Canary Cline; his sons, William Cline and Dickie Cline; and his siblings, Marie Sullivan and Alfred Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Cline of Parkersburg, Debora Cline of Sandyville, WV and David Cline of Vienna; his daughter-in-law Carol Edwards of Mineral Wells; his siblings, Elbert Cline (Vickie) of Leachtown, WV and Velma Bain (Carroll) of Leroy; his grandchildren, Shaun Murray (Sarah), Bradley Cline (Robin), Kristen Cline, Ethan, Lucie and Garrett Cline; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Chloe, Ruby Murray, Haven and Braylee Cline.
