He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Conrad and Lula Crites Conrad; and his wife Ardith Conrad. He is survived by: his children, Dareleen Wesner of Cleveland, OH, James Conrad of Cleveland, OH, Clifford Conrad of Cleveland, OH, Dawn Conrad of Cleveland, OH, Eileen App (Wint) of Diamond, OH, Debbie Newell (Carl) of Rootstown, OH, Maggie Austin and Carl Dorris (Debbie) of Kent, OH; and his siblings, Izetta Smith (Robert) of Tennessee, Wilda Cosner of Sand Fork, Rose Conrad of Cleveland Ohio, Wilbert Conrad of Cleveland Ohio and Ernest Conrad of Cleveland Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to either WV Caring Hospice or Braxton Co. Animal Shelter.
