He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Loretta Welch Scott of Big Springs, WV and James Joshua Scott; his children, Harlin Andrew Campbell (Tiffany) of Cox's Mills, WV, Justin Edward Scott (Eliz) of Parkersburg, Mary Ann Miller (Rickey) of Glenville and Anthony Charles Campbell (Carrie) of West Union, WV; his grandchildren, Jacob Campbell, Clarissa Carol Dawn Miller, Zara Riki Miller, Miranda Campbell, Zach Reel, FaithLynn Scott and Tayelir Scott; his great grandchildren, Kaisyn Wayne and Tate Edward; and his siblings, Jason Scott (Melissa) of Parkersburg, Beverly Dawson (Doug) of Big Springs, Marie Frymier of Big Springs, Marie Jones of Smithville and Sue Dawson (Greg) of Grantsville. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to Ellyson Mortuary to aid with James's final expenses.
