He is survived by: his children, Tim, Johnny Conrad (Julie), Sand and Ronda Riffle of Glenville, WV; his siblings, Issac Conrad, Roy Conrad, Maxine "Girly" Carson and Bertha "Moon" Ratliff; his grandchildren, Airiana Hoard, Latisha Riffle, Andrew Sirbaugh, Devin Riffle (Courtney), Wesley Conrad, Jacob Conrad and Chelsey Piles; and his great grandchildren, Harlea Conrad and James Lucas Sirbaugh.
